"I ordered a dipped pineapple cup through the phone and when i went to pickup it up the free treat. But the coupon was only for a strawberry dipped cone. Luna told me it would take 15/20 minutes to redo it. I came back after 15 minutes and luna apologized for the delay and offered me the pineapple dipped cone. She even went to look for me as soon as i left the store to try to let me know that she will accommodate me. She was very nice and helpful."

"Five stars for Cathy! The online order form was not working for me today. I called the shop, spoke to Cathy and she took care of EVERYTHING. She was kind, very helpful, and took care of my order. I am hoping that all goes well with the delivery! But for now, I am beyond satisfied with the service."

"I attempted to place an order online but was having some issues so I called in. With doing so, I had to give my card information to pay for the order. The associate wrote my card information down and attempted to transfer money and also attempted to make a purchase online at target. I hadn’t used my card at all that day other than that purchase. Sure enough a few hours later PNC Fraud was calling my phone. I made a complaint with corporate and asked if they had cameras in the store. This was several weeks ago. No one has since contacted me. Huge inconvenience. Poor experience. Do not trust the people at this location!"

"While other locations make it difficult to redeem your complimentary birthday treat, the staff at the Edible Arrangements of Hackensack were sooo accommodating! I spoke with the owner, Kali, who was so kind and went above and beyond to make this birthday so special for me. My arrangement was prepared on time and I was greeted kindly by staff upon arrival. The fruit was fresh and the chocolate dipped apple slices were completely exhilarating! I will be returning for a cone of them next week. Your location has gained a lifetime customer!"
